A variegate within the Pino Pinguino™ family, this flavour is characterized by its refreshing taste of lemon. It is an anhydrous and smooth cream, without pieces, and with an intense yellow colour. It guarantees a soft structure, even in freezing temperatures. It is also recommended for multiple pastry applications such as ice cream sticks, frostings, and pralines. Perfectly paired with Almond Sprint (with pieces) and Torrone (Nougat), Pino Pinguino™ Lemon is excellent for creating delicious soft serves and to make both cold and hot drinks.
